Qualitative Presence of Young Representatives: He believes that obsession, movements, efforts and voices of the current parliament were individual and that we have not observed effective and collective movements of young people so far. He suggested that these developments should be systematic so that their activities are observed well (more tangible.) On the other hand, he termed the lack of a special youth commission as one of the obstacles for young representatives.
