At the beginning of the workshop students had open discuss regarding the youth political participation in election it was started by question (do you participate in previous elections?) Majority of students didn’t participated in election and there were many reasons such as: age ,lack of awareness, security , lack of facilities from IEC as implementer of election and majority of participants lost their trust regarding the election processes in Afghanistan Then a brief presentation was presented about democratic processes, election and role of youth in election, legal framework of election, types of election, types of political participation, the voting methods, electoral violations, trespass and electoral fraud and conditions for candidacy. At end recommendation was collected for betterment of program from the students They asked for Increasing the number these workshops in the universities and FEFA should plan to conduct such programs with huge number of students.FEFA should provide same requirement facilities for young students as a volunteers in future Noteworthy after workshop students’ knowledge level was increased and they know their roles and value in voting process, even though there were many students were agree to participate in upcoming election.
