Mr.Naeem
Asghari
is one
of the
founding
members
of Free
& Fair
Election
Foundation
of
Afghanistan
(FEFA)
since
its
establishment.
He works
currently
as
FEFA’s
program
section.
He works
as
Senior
Management
Coordinator
since
June,
2007 and
as
executive
Director
for FEFA
since
May,
2005 up
to end
of
April,
2007.
Mr.Asghari
graduated
from
polytechnic
Institute
of Kabul
University
as a
Civil
Engineer
with BSc
degree
on 1982.
He
started
his work
as
instructor
in
engineering
faculty
of
Nangarhar
University
from
1983 to
1987 and
as a
lecturer
jointly
worked
with
engineering
faculty
of Kabul
University
from
August
1987 up
to end
of 1990.
On 1984
he joint
in
Polytechnic
institute
night
faculty
for
masters
program
and
graduated
on 1985
with MSc
engineering
diploma.
Mr.Asghari
worked
with
deferent
Afghan
local
NGO’s as
a site
engineer
and
trainer
from
1991 up
to 1998.
He
started
his work
with
save the
children
UK as a
master
trainer
and
training
officer
from
1999 up
to 2001
after
that he
joint
with
Afghan
Women’s’
Network
(AWN) as
a
training
coordinator
and
capacity
building
manager
from May
2002 up
to April
2005
during
working
period
with
AWN,
Mr.Asghari
closely
worked
with (MoWA)
through
UNIFEM &
UNDP for
the
capacity
of AWN,
MoWA and
its
departments
in
provinces
of
Afghanistan.
Mr.Asghari
as
Gender
expert
trained
trainers
and
established
Gender
trainers
training
unites
for AWN
and
Ministry
of Women
Affairs
(MoWA)
on 2004,
he was
one of
the
founding
member
of
“Coordination
council”
for
women
NGOs’
and
other
NGOs’
which
were
worked
for the
women
affairs
since
May,
2004.The
mentioned
council
contained
of MoWA,
AWN,
AKBAR &
ANCB
representatives.
Mr.Asghari
during
period
of its
work
developed
training
modules
and
manuals
like
package
of three
modules
for
Gender
trainings,
constitution
awareness
manual
for AWN
member
NGOs …
Mr.Asghari
participates
in
deferent
national
and
international
conferences,
seminars
and
missions.
He
participates
as a
representative
of
Afghan
immigrants
teachers
from
Pakistan
in first
civil
society
conference
in Kabul
on 2002.
He was
part of
an
election
observation
mission
team of
FEFA’s
founding
members
for
Philippine’s
presidential
&
parliamentary
observation
on May
2004. He
also
represents
FEFA in
Asian
countries
domestic
observers’
forum on
Money
politics
conference
which
was hold
on 22-24
April
2006 in
Jakarta
of
Indonesia.
He was
part of
ANFREL
mission
for
monitoring
Bangladesh
Parliamentary
election
on 21st
December,
08 up to
1st
